Application of plasma processor in LCD industry
In the COG process of mounting bare chip IC (bare chip IC) on glass substrate (LCD), when the chip is bonded and hardened at high temperature, the components of the substrate coating are precipitated on the surface of the bonding filler. Sometimes, silver paste and other connecting agents overflow to contaminate the bonding filler. If these contaminants are removed by plasma cleaning before the hot pressing bonding process, the quality of hot pressing bonding can be greatly improved.
