2) Before shipment, the products shall be strictly checked, and after debugging, the products shall be packaged and shipped to ensure that there are no problems.

2. What is your terms of payment？

T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

3. May I buy samples from you?

Yes! You are welcome to place sample order to test our superior quality and service. Sample's price is the same as bulk's price. Or you can send us samples of your product and we test it on machine. Video for you to make samples.

4. How to operate the equipment?

We have made video for you to show you how to do it step by step. Contact our engineers at any time when you don’t understand, support video and telephone communication.

5. Do you have any After-Sales service?

Yes! The Engineer is online for 24-hours, they can check the problems and then give you solution way very soon. Please rest assured that manual will be offered along with machine, ensuring you can operate the machine easily.
